The staff at AITC were great. Everyone displayed true professionalism. I now look at physical therapy totally different. The techs there are amazing. I learned so much about my body that I wished I'd learned years ago.

AITC personnel are very polite and professional, the care I got from them is so good, it really helped me to ease the symptoms of the injuries I got and I really recommend this place to get the right care.

Sara GilMar 2025

When I first walked into AITC I was in pain and scared that I would ever feel normal again. From day one I was reassured that I would be back to normal if I followed the physical therapy program. Thanks guys! You rock!

You'd never leave your car dented after an accident. Your body deserves the same care.

Common questions

8 answered
How soon after a crash should I come in?
Same day if you can. Many injuries from an Aurora corridor crash take 24 to 72 hours to show up. Getting the physician exam early lets us catch what the ER misses and start the right treatment before symptoms lock in.
Do I need a referral or a lawyer before I can be seen?
No. You can call us directly, and care comes first whether or not you have a lawyer. If you already work with an attorney, we coordinate on documentation and billing. If you do not, we can help you understand whether you need one. Nothing about getting treated requires a lawyer.
What if I already went to the ER?
The ER rules out emergencies like fractures, bleeds, and surgical needs. What happens next is what we do: physician-directed physical therapy, massage, imaging when clinically indicated, and specialist referrals through the Continuity of Care network.
What does treatment at our Aurora clinic actually include?
Physician-directed physical therapy and massage therapy is the core. Imaging is coordinated through network partners when clinically indicated. Escalation to interventional pain, orthopedic, or neurological care goes through the Continuity of Care network. This follows the first-line standard set by ACP, NICE, NASS, and the Quebec Task Force for post-accident soft-tissue care.
Where is the Aurora clinic, and is parking easy?
The Aurora clinic is at 14231 E 4th Ave, Suite 1-100. Parking is free and directly in front of the building. Most new patients are seen the same day or the next day.
Can I split visits between Aurora and another TCCC clinic?
Yes. Your records and treatment plan follow you across all five TCCC locations. Aurora patients who live in the southeast suburbs sometimes prefer Lakewood for early-week visits and Aurora later in the week.
What if the Aurora accident was my fault?
MedPay covers you, even if you're at fault. Coverage is not about who caused the crash. It is about getting your body checked and treated. We verify your MedPay, PIP, or lien benefits before your first visit either way.
What if the other driver was uninsured?
Your care isn't blocked by the other driver's insurance. Your own MedPay, health insurance, or the lien model covers your treatment, verified before your first visit. If you carry Uninsured Motorist coverage on your own policy, that is what applies for recovering costs from an uninsured driver. Either way, care starts now.
